Instagram Adds Instagram Direct

Instagram has just added a new feature to its services. You can now send photos and video directly to selected friends. Traditionally every post would be seen by people who followed you. With this new feature you can select up to 15 people that you want to receive the image or video and only they will be able to see it.

Now When you open your Instagram, you will now see a new icon (tray shape) in the top right corner of your home feed. Tap it to open your inbox where you’ll see photos and videos that people have sent to you.

If you want to send a photo or video to specific people, tap the camera button to enter the photo or video capture and editing screens. At the top of the share screen, you will now see the option for you to share with your followers or to send to a direct post to specific people.

To send a direct post you just tap the names of the people you want to send your photo or video to, then write your caption, hit send.

Once you have sent the photo or video you are able to find out who’s seen your photo or video, as well as seeing who’s liked it.

If you get a photo or video from someone that your not following you will go to your requests so you can choose if you want to view it.

You can download the new update now. For any further help head to Instagram help
